Winlogon.exe error for one user only

I have two users on my computer -myself as the administrator and another
user. When I am logged on as the other user, after several minutes, I get a
winlogon error. I have run all AV and spyware software and nothing is found.
This does not happen when I am logged on as the Administrator. Any ideas?
The only thing different on the second user is that it is tied to KidsWatch
software which tracks time but this has never caused a problem before.
Thanks!

It could be because the account corrupt?.
You may experiencing a profile corruption, try to create a new profile (as
Admin) and copy the data from the old profile to the new and test to see
if it will work.
If it did work then you know it is a profile corruption, after making sure
you copied all the Data from the Old Profile to the new one, you can safely
delete the old corrupted one, the same with other account.
