What does it mean:

winhlp32.exe entry point not found

Is this fixable? Windows XP was included in my new computer - so I don't
have disks for it. Thanks.

The computer vendor had to give you some means of restoring the system.
They have three choices:

1. XP installation CD
2. Recovery CD
3. Hidden partition on the hard drive with an image of the drive as it came
from the factory

If you don't have an installation CD or recovery CD, then it must be the
hidden partition. Many of these systems prompt you to create a CD when you
first booted the computer and it nags for a bit to do so but eventually goes
away.

In any event you should research how the restore process works on your
system by reading the documentation that came with the computer and/or
checking with their tech support so you know what to do in case something
happens.

And lastly always, always have a full and complete backup of all important
data.

Yes, I know what drive the windows programs are on - but I don't need to
restore my computer for this one problem. Is there a work around for it?

Well it wasn't very clear what you knew. There wasn't much detail in your
message. The subject was winhlp.exe but in the body you mentioned
winhlp32.exe. There was no information as to when/where that message
occurs, if it's always been like this or has something changed? What
changes were made to the system right before this occurred? Is something
not working when this error message occurs? What troubleshooting steps
you've tried? Is the system clean of malware, etc. I was just responding
to your statement about not having disks. Did you try a system restore to a
point right before the problem started? Have you looked at the link Haggis
gave?
