I have been using WinFaxPro with no problem until
recently. Now when the faxes come in the computer will
answer, dialog and begin training and then drop the
incoming faxes. I can fax out with no problem. I called
Symantec and they told me the problem was I
have "distinctive ring" service on my phone line and XP
does not support this. I don't understand as everything
worked fine until two days ago and the computer
recognizes the ring and answers it when it is my fax
line. Please help.
