I am using the Symantec Winfax Pro 10.02.
The program loads from the Start up folder it loads the Controller file
WFXCTL32.EXE.
The Microsoft Antispyware was running daily and the system was clean and
with No problem since the day The Microsoft Antispyware was released.
The last few days it finds the “Transponder.VX2.A Adware†as a high
threat and to be removed. I agree with the removal and the system is clean.
After examination I noticed that the program it removes from the StartUp
folder the file WFXCTL32.EXE. I put the file on the startup folder and again
the Transponder.VX2.A Adware is found as a high threat.
I need the file to start up the winfax automatically.
WinXP Service Pack 2
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
