INetSpeak Adware

The program keep saying this is a high-risk threat. I
remove it, but it constantly keeps trying to install. After
it installs which is the only way, so I don't have to keep
installing it. The program runs all kinds of ads and
pop-ups on my computer and slows it down quite a bit. My
Operating system is XP PRO with SP2 with all the lastest
updates. If a could get some solution or response at all or
protection or update file for Mircosoft AntiSpyware. It
would be very much appreciated.

Hi Lawrence,

How about booting into safe mode (F8), and running a scan from there?
Clean out your temp and TIF (Temporary Internet Files) files also.
