Winexit Screen Saver Problem

Our company is using Winexit Screen Saver with Windows XP Professional with
the following settings Force application termination checked and Countdown
for 600 seconds. The problem we are having is that the screen saver logs out
the user for non activity. When another user attempts to log on they have no
log on window but a blue screen with a mouse pointer. There is no error
message and the mouse pointer moves. The workstation has to be rebooted and
the whole process starts again once the Winexit Screen Saver starts.

As you already stated that they are using "Force application termination"
checked. This might be the culprit. Try unchceking it and then see.

Hi Nitin! Thanks for responding to my post. I thought if you left Force
Application Termination force any application to quit even if their is no
saved data. If you do choose this option it is possible the user will not be
logged out and the application will not terminate. This is according to
Microsoft documentation. We have 61 workstation and this is only happening on
54 workstations.

Yes Jason, you are right. That's what that option in first place states its
meaning. But sometimes, things don't seem to work in the place they are meant
for. I mean since this is happening just in case of screen saver, therefore
you should look into the problem solution in this context only. What settings
this screen saver gives you when you press the settings button for this
screen saver?
Let us have a close look at those.

Cheers,
