Windword.exe

I have been using Microsoft Office and in Word, I have been unable to "save
as" in any word document....I get the following error message SZ AppName:
WinWord.exe, AppVer:11.06359.0, ModName: hungapp I can I fix this?
 
There are several recent posts in the various Word NG about weird problems,
and uninstalling Windows update KB908531 seems to crop up regularly from
the MVPs as the answer.

Ed (typing with crossed fingers, hoping my IT dept doesn't do this to me!)
