WindowsXP Service Pack 2

Windows update installed WindowsXP Service Pack 2 on my computer when
installation is almost complete I receive and error stating Access is Denied.
WindowsXP service pack 2 cannot complete setup, and then it proceeds to
uninstall.

Boot into SAFE MODE and try to install SP2 from there
