WindowsXP PRO Activation

My XP-PRO is already activated. However, I want to change
the product key. The Knowledge Base has tips on how do do
it in an esy manner. Yet, when I reactivate the Windows
Activation menu, the supposedly new Identification ID is
blank, so I can't obtain a confirmation number. Anyone
familiar with this situation?

Just been through this today. Be prepared to have a long
wait at the phone. Also I have some reservations regarding
the expertise of those on the other line. One had such a
bad accent i could'nt figure out what she was saying half
of the time. Good luck.

Windows XP Product Key finder:
http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/keyfinder.exe
Includes an option to change the existing product key to a valid one
without doing a reinstall.

Good luck
