I cant get messenger to load either from programs or ie
toolbar or anywere else can any one help

You're going to have to be more specific about what's actually occurring, but, to attempt fix
this, download and run these .reg files:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/enablewindowsmessenger_user.reg
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/enablemessenger.reg
After running these, reboot and then try opening Windows Messenger again.
