Good morning all. I am looking for a solution to oversized web pages and
fonts. I have tried going to VIEW and adjusting font size, but even at the
SMALLEST ,setting the fonts are too large. Would appreciate any
assistance.

Thank you,

First, make sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a virus scan.
Also check for any malware, download, install and run Ad Aware:

If you are clear of viruses and malware, open Internet Explorer, go to
Tools, select Internet Options, click the Fonts button on the General tab,
make sure Web Page Font is set to Times New Roman. Also, click the
Accessibility button and be sure there are not checks in any of the boxes.

this may be the wrong advice- it seems too obvious, but i've found, using a
wheel mouse, ctrl+scroll with the wheel grows and shrinks fonts on the web
and in other apps such as word

What is the resolution of your screen? If you change to a higher resolution,
it shrinks everything on the screen.
