Windows32 error

Hi there.
Can anyone help with this problem I have a canon i470D
(usb) it works perfect printing text/photos/e-mails when
I come to print any pages from the internet an error pops
up :- res://c:WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/previewdlg If
you can help please make it simple thank you.
