Windows2003 Standart does not route trough the RRAS from any client ony from its self !?

Hi, i have installed the Win2003 Std edition and configureded the RRAS for
VPN connections.

i have made the VPN and the other settings wich are described ont technet
from microsoft.

This should give a site 2 site connection

on bith sites are:

- On the GENERAL page Router and Remote Access Server with (IP) Enable IP
Routing
and Allow IP-based remote access...
- 128 PPTP ports for Dial in access.
- Under Network Interfaces is a Demand-Dial Interface created with Netbios
over TCP/IP etc / The user credentials from the remote side is entered
- A static route for the Remote Site is created.
- A access policy was created,

On our default gateway (on both sites / Cisco Routers) is the static route
created witch directs to the RRAS Server (Win2003)

.....

I have on both sites a successfull connection.
If i direct on the RRAS server then i can reach any host on the remote site
with the IP adress or the host names.

The only problem is that i cant reach any host from the remote site on my
local pc...!?

The tracert below show the way of the packets. / Cisco-Router -> RRAS
Local -> RRAS Remote ... ... ... ...

1 2 ms 2 ms 1 ms 172.17.128.1
/ Cisco Router
2 2 ms 4 ms 3 ms tagwsxv001.ch.emea.mycompany.com
[172.17.128.62] / Windows 2003 RRAS Local
3 26 ms 29 ms 25 ms 10.0.4.183
/ Windows 2003 RRAS Remote

Both the RRAS routers must have routes for the "other" subnet through
the tunnel. This is done by associating the routes with the demand-dial
interfaces.

Have you checked that, after the VPN connects, both demand-dial
interfaces actually bind to the connection? If the interface on the
answering router doesn't bind to the connection, the route won't be added to
the routing table, and LAN-to-LAN routing will fail.
