Windows XP

Looking at the system requirements at the following link.
Why try to run 300 MHz processor for XP? I think some of
these requirements should change on this page. The
requirements that MS suggested I think is pushing it a
little. What do you think?

I ran XP all through its beta cycle on a 166Mhz processor (not as my primary machine mind
you), and my current notebook is just 366Mhz. Obviously 166 is pushing it, and I certainly
wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but my notebook is just fine -- it won't set any speed
records, but it's certainly usable. If I were to change anything on that link, it would
probably be the RAM, 128MB is quite sluggish, 256MB (which is what my notebook has) works
quite well (obviously more is better of course).
