Running Xp Pro On A gigabyte mother.every time try to install a usb card in
any pci slot the computer will start to boot up but ask me if I want go in
safe mode but all it will do is reboot and do the same thing over again . If
I take the card out the computer will boot normal.

Try a board from a different manufacturer.

hi well not exactly..so you havent any usb card of your
pcı slots so this is an onboard function ı just recommend
that you refer your motherboard guide to solve this or if
you click the cancel button while windows asks you at
startup this will kept the asking whenever you start
windows..so you just click the next button and will find
all needed drivers and installs itself to your windows and
that doesnt appear when you start the windows..
