Do it in Safe Mode, sounds as though you may already have passed the
activation date. Boot the system, start tapping F8, when the menu appears,
select Safe Mode, at Safe Mode, decline the option to go to System Restore
as it won't help if this is an activation issue, then use the activation
feature but do so over the phone if unable to connect to the Internet.
