I have just installed windows xp home edition on my
computer. Its a 400 with 256 ram and a radeon 7000
graphics card. Since XP has been installed it freezes and
will not allow me to brouse the internet. Microsoft
Outlook freezes each time I try to download my email about
half way through the process.

Try updating your video card drivers from ati's website. Make sure unit is
sufficiently cooled.
