For months now i have been able to delete a file on my desktop that was
created when i was downloading a program to view AutoCad files.

If I try and delete it the msg comes up ' Error deleting file or folder -
Cannot delete VoloVEp. This file is in use by another person or program'

Its file size in 0Bk and ive tried every way to delete it. And no, there is
not another program using the file.

PLEASE can some one help me coz this is really bugging me!!

Thanks. Michael

Try deleting it via the command prompt - failing that, have you tried
deleting it in Safe mode?

called "Unlocker" that may be of some help, (use Google).
