Windows XP won't Restore

I had to delete corrupted windows xp files to fix a
problem with IE at work. It wouldn't work in normal mode,
so I deleted them in safe mode. Now the computer is stuck
in safe mode (I've tried simply re-starting and F8, but
neither worked). Even when I've selected the Start in
Normal Mode option it starts in Safe Mode. What can I do???

Check for and replace corrupted or missing system files.
Start/Run
Type "sfc /scannow" ENTER
Have the windows XP CD available.

Otherwise perform a Repair Installation:
