I have a Windows XP upgrade disc that I used to upgrade from Windows
2000 to xp last year on my old pc. Is it possible to use this xp
upgrade disc to go from Windows Vista (which is what I currently have
on my new pc) to Windows XP? I'm having too many problems running
software on Vista (especially itunes) and I would like to have XP on
my machine but I only have the upgrade disc.

Thanks.

You wouldn';t be able to use the WinXP Upgrade CD unless you have the
installation CD for an older, qualifying OS, as well. Naturally, Vista
cannot qualify, as it's the newer OS.
