Windows XP Theme modification.

I modified my theme using Display Properties -> Appearance -> Advanced.
After colours for 3D-objects were changed they doesn't apply to all buttons.
Some elements have previous appearance, some inherit my coloures. Why it
happens? Which kind of buttons should change their appearance and which will
not anuway?

Most of the graphic elements under XP style display are bitmaps, stored in the luna.msstyles file
(you can view them with a resource editor). Color changes via Display Properties -> Appearance ->
Advanced affect only those elements that use line drawing & color filling, i.e. Windows classic.
