When I press Control/Alt/Delete, the only part of Task
Manager that shows up is listing the active
applications. The list of processes, etc. no longer
appears. I am sure it is something simple (and stupid)
that I changed and did not realize it, but your help
would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
