Windows XP SP2 Firewall

After installing SP2 the I thought the Windows Firewall
was default enable. After enabling the Firewall numerous
times it always comes up default disabled after bootup.
What needs to be done to set the Firewall to default
enable????

Hi

Do you have a 3rd party firewall installed? Some of those will
disable the Windows Firewall as default.
