Hi,

I have Ez Firewall Lite installed and it have one advantage that windows
firewall doesn't have - It can block outbond programs also - so I don't want
the windows firewall, the problem is that Windows doesn't let me turn it
off, cause it says that I'm in a domain and windows firewall is using domain
definitions. Well, I'm the domain administrator and I have also ISA, so how
I can turn off Windows firewall without disabling ISA?

I'm going nuts with it. It says that I can change on group policy, but I
can't find anything on group policy options that disable windows firewall.

Any help?

Thanks

You can find information on the group policy in either of the following
places. The first link is a link to the whitepaper that describes the group
policy settings. The second is a link to a "Cable Guy" article that also
talks about the group policy settings.

Cable Guy article

Depending on the computers, you may want to set both the state of the
firewall for both the "Domain" and "Standard" profiles. The white paper
contains a detailed description on where to find the policies and what they
mean. If you have any other questions, please post back in a reply to this
message.

Hope this answers your question!
