Windows XP Setup Boot Disks for Service Pack 1a

This article points to the Setup Boot Disks for Windows XP Home and
Pro for the Original Release and for the version embedded with Service
Pack 1:

If I want Setup Boot Disks for Windows XP Home/Pro for Service Pack
1a, can I use the disks designed for Service Pack 1, or should I wait
for a set designed for Service Pack 1a?

Use the setup disks for SP1. The only difference between SP1
and SP1a is Microsoft removed their Virtual Machine from Sp1a.
All other system files remain identical.
