Windows XP Screen Saver

Hello, I am try to change my screen saver in the welcome
screen ( the screen that show all users, that you need a
password do log in ) but I don't have any idea how to do
it, I already try log in and changed in my log in but only
work when the computer is log in, with my user ID if I am
log off came back the windows screen saver they told me to
change the regedit but I don't know where and what the
screen saver termination and how can I change for a screen
saver program.
