I have selected "don't remember any passwords" and need
to turn it back on so that when I logon to Outlook it
doesn't keep asking me for my network password and domain.

Can anyone please help

I am using XP home edition

tools, options, mail setup, email accounts button, view or change existing email
accounts, highlight the account, change, tick "remember password".

In IE, tools, Internet Options, content, autocomplete button
There is also a password option here as well.

I am using outlook 2000 and that doesn't seem to have the
options you specified. It does have the option to use NT
password authentication under
services>properties>advanced but it made no difference

The above also applies to Internet Explorer and other applications that use
the Protected Storage System Provider registry key to store passwords.

Hi. Go to internet explorer and right click on it and choose properties. In
the content tab, choose auto complete. Check the boxes that apply. Good
luck.
