Windows XP - Professional - Not accepting more connections

I have a PC running windows XP professional and it
sharing one hard disk with 14 computer ....now and
getting a message that "No more conecctions can be made a
this time..." did anybody know how to increase that
number or how to fix it?

XP Pro has a 10 connection inbound limit.
XP home has a limit of 5 inbound connections.

There is no way to increase it.

You need to get a server version of windows,
or an old 9x version of windows,
or a non-MS OS on the server.

First the grammar - it would be "Does" and "the" as in "Does anybody
know hot to increase the number or how to fix it?"
Second - yes, by Win2k/Win2k3 Server and the appropriate number of
CALS. Get a Linux Server Distro (free). Go back to Win9x on the
system doing the file sharing. Any of the 3 are solutions, you'll
need to pick the best for you.
