Windows XP professional language change

The computer I'm using was manufactured in Italy so it has a european set-up.
In both the Bios and windows there are options for changing the default
language to English. I have done that and yet everything still remains in
Italian. I must not be completing the process. can someone explain
step-by-step what I need to do? Thanks
 
You can not change the language.
All you can change is some settings.
If you want Windows XP in English, you need to buy it in English.
