Windows Xp Pro workgroup networking

I have a small office with 7 computers loaded with XP pro. They are all
connected as peer to peer. Couple of day back i added one more xp Pro
computer to this net work and i put the same IP class and work group name.
The problum is that this new computer is not showing shred documets on the
network ( on other computer ,if go to "My network places" it will show the
shares on the net work) and also other computers are not showing this new
computer data. I can ping and map the shared data, but its not showing
directly.

Please suggest me what to do.

When i click on view workgroup computers its saying an error( you dont have
enough permission to access to the said workgroup)

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, or other security component. There are several
other possibilities too, and any might be the cause of your problem. Read this
article with an open mind.

Make sure that NetBT is Enabled consistently on the LAN.

For more direct help, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from the
problem computer, and from 2 others, so we can diagnose the problem. Read this
article, and linked articles, and follow instructions precisely (download
browstat!):

What firewall did you disable? Some don't always take well to being disabled.

When you click on "view workgroup computers" you are looking at browser output.
Browstat is a very useful diagnostic tool. Please read the articles cited for
details.
