Windows XP Pro SP2 Firewall

My firewall doesn't disable after clicking off and OK from Windows Security
Center, Windows Firewall

Found Problem. Norton Anti-virus had enabled worm detection that enable the
firewall, after disable I could disable the firewall.

Thanks anyway
