Hello everyone,
I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but I wasn't able to find the
answer.
Scenario: Windows XP Pro networked to another WIndows XP Pro or higher.
Computers are left on.
I work for a software company that has a DOS software package. Some of our
clients' network connections look like they're timing out or sleeping. The
result is a "can't find working folder" error. If we go into My Computer and
double-click on that drive letter, it opens the mapped drive. It also allows
the DOS program to access the data on the server.
This problem has been popping up quite a bit recently. Does anyone have any
ideas as to why? Is there a setting we need to look at in Windows?
Thanks
