Windows XP Pro Firewall

I cannot broadcast or receive Webcams in Yahoo Messenger. I keep getting error message telling me I am behind a firewall. I have disabled the XP firewall and get same error. I have tried to enable the XP firewall and use the advanced settings to put in Yahoo's suggested fix BUT when I click the "Settings" button nothing happens. Can anyone help me?

Type of connection?
Sure you are still not behind a firewall - like a DSL/Cable router or a
University connection?

I am not connected thro University. My connection to internet is via home line and ADSL ethernet.

Sure you are still not behind a firewall - like a DSL/Cable router
or a University connection?

Straight into the DSL modem itself, or do you have a router in front of that
modem giving you and anyone else IPs and providing Network Translation for
you?
