Windows XP Printer Wizard Missing

I have a question. Recently there was a massive power
outage at work. 99% Of the Computers were ok. Then there
is this one that will not "reconnect" to the printers, it
will not even "start" the Wizard so that I can reinstall
the printers. Any ideas or Helps would be greatly
appreciated... Thank you

Sounds likes the print spooler might have stopped. From the command prompt,
type

net start spooler

(and hit enter) Now try to install again. If still nothing, try the System
File Checker... from the command prompt, type

sfc /scannow

(note space between c and /). You'll need your XP CD for this.
