Windows XP Not Sending DHCPREQUEST

In the past week to ten days I have seen a spike in the
number of XP Pro DHCP Clients that are unable to obtain
network connectivity. The XP Pro Clients send out
DHCPDISCOVERS and my DHCP Server sends out DHCPOFFER's but
the clients never send a DHCPREQUEST? I am stumped. I
tried everything from having the user reboot, shutdown &
reboot, disconnect/reconnect network cable, disable/enable
Local Area Connection, release/renew all with no success.

Anyone have any suggestions or sure fire ways to resolve
this before I completely loose my mind. :-(
