windows xp--need to delete page "System 32" appearing on startup

a page with title "system 32" always appears when i startup program..
with message below;
"these files are hidden"
"This folder contains files that keep your system working
proberly etc, etc...."

how do i get rid of this page which i must delete every time i start up
my windows xp program?

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
