Windows XP Minimizing

In windows XP I love the feature in nVidia control panel to "make windows minimize and maximize fast" I can't stand not having this setting, but I recently upgraded to a computer that had an ATI chip and the ATI panel does not have such an option. Does anyone know of another way to make this happen or a registry solution? Thank you
