Windows XP Internet Java problems and OS problems

The automatic download on my client's computer caused Java
web apps on Microsoft's site and on Sun's site and numerous
other sites not to work. It also removed the word "start"
from the start menu and removed her user name at the top of
the start menu. I used system restore to restore her
computer prior to the time the anti-spyware tool was
installed and all problems were fixed.
