Where is the file for the song that is played after
Windows XP is installed, but before setting up your
accounts for the first time?

I think it is a Wave File.

Excellent question Brian! I would like to know too.
Enquiring minds want to know. And whay does microsoft
insist on blaring it at top volume? Not even my external
volume buttons work on my laptop during this time.
