Windows XP installation problem

I have win2003 on my drive C. Several days ago, I install XP on my drive D,
it can work properly. But after install,the 2003 can not start.I just have
one 80G disk and have 4 partition.

My boot.int file is here:

[boot loader]
timeout=10
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows Server 2003,
Enterprise" /fastdetect

any ideas?

You have by installing the XP installed its version of the ntldr boot
loader. I am not well up in 2003, but that probably wants its own
version (which will probably work for XP as well). Try copying it (and
ntdetect.com) from the 2003 CD
