wINDOWS XP INSTALL

I have a dell gx100 with 256ram and 600mhz. It came with xp on it but
was running crappy lately. So i tried to install it just the other day
and it kept telling me to contact the adminstitrator because its stuck
in a loop or something it says. I know that on my other Dell when i
turn it on and hit F2 then scroll down and it says OS INSTALL ON/OFF
AND I JUST turn it on so i can install but my gx100 doesnt have that

It's hard to tell from your description of the problem. You haven't given
any specifics.
