windows xp hotfix 329623

I am trying to install a game "The Sims Superstar" on a
new pc with Windows XP. The installer is coming up with
a message
Attention XP users: Since you have Windows XP hotfix
328310 installed please install Windows XP hotfix 329623
before installing The Sims Superstar. Please refer to
the readme file for additional information.
I don't see a hotfix by that number. Would it be
included in XP since I just purchased this pc? Thank you.
