Windows XP Home upgrade

I installed Windows XP Home upgrade on my laptop which was using WIN98 2nd Edition. I am having problems with HD space and would prefer to go back to WIN98. If I do an uninstall of Windows XP (which was activated) can I reinstall this copy on another computer or another larger HD in the same laptop?

Thanks Rick, I thought so but wasn't sure and didn't want to throw away the $99.00 cost with it
