Hi all,
I just set up a new computer. Has an elite mainboard, AMD athalon XP
processor.
DVDrw,CDrw, Nero and PowerDVD combo drive and a 4 in one usb internal card
reader.
The computer boots fine and everything works fine in normal mode. When I try
to boot in safemode it goes into a reboot loop. I have not seen an error
flash.

Did you install Nero's InCD? Older versions can cause this issue. If you
did install InCD and don't use it, uninstall it. If you do use it then
update it from Nero's website.
