Windows XP Home and Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Soundblaster on an HP Pentium 3 Tower

To Whom It May Concern:
After having a local computer builder install the
Soundblaster Sound Card (Audigy 2 ZS Platinum) today, my
Real One Sound Player Library selections (originally
copied from commercial CDs) will only play at a very soft
volume even when the volume control is set at maximum.
Do you have any idea what may be the cause of this? I
don't have reason to believe that the sound card will be
of much use to me in other ways unless and until I get
this particular issue resolved. Please e-mail me if you
have any suggestions. Thank you.

Does normal music CD's play ok ? Is it only the
Real One selections that have this problem ?
