Windows XP Home Addition Error (Please REply)

I wante to know how to fix this box that pops up every time I boot up.
It says that it is :
Windows File Protection.
This box ask for the cd that I set up XP, and then it loads all the original
files
that needs fixed. Okay I do this and it completes , and then box closes.
But then when I reboot it opens up again, every time.
Please give me a soulition to fix this problem.

PS : I have no Viruses.

Try this:
Open a command prompt (Start, Run, cmd)
Type sfc /revert
Enter
Restart computer
