I have recently installed Windows XP Professional.
When trying to access 'Help and Support' through the Start
menu nothing occurs or a message appears indicating that I
need to start the service. I have been unable to find any
advice on the knowledge base covering how to start
the 'Help and Support' service. My internet service is
working correctly and on all previous installations of the
OS the 'Help and Support' worked without problems.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
