Windows XP HE - Data Backup

I'm wanting to back up my data files but am unable to locate the backup
utility. The support/Help file tells me to select START/All
Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Backup. However, there is no Backup option
on the System Tools menu? I'm assuming that it has soemething to do with the
way that I have my user account configured, but have been unable to locate
any useful information to help me correct the problem.

Any information would be greatle appreciated.

It is not installed by default on Home Edition. Use your XP
Setup to add it. Or check the MS site for details; this link
should help you:
