I hope I'm posting this on the correct board, if not I'm sorry.
Everytime I start my system, try to open certain programs that involve
graphics/clip art (for example homepublishing99) I am getting the
following error message. It reads: Failed to load resource
DLLC:/Program Files/commonfiles/system/OLEDB/OLED832R.DLL

Does anyone know what this means and how I can correct the problem.
I'm a computer novice so I don't even know where to begin. ANy help is
greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention that the message also appears promptly at 12am
every single night regardless of what program I am using and whether or
not I am even on the internet.

If you locate this file what do properties say?
OLEDB is part of MS Data Access components, but I cannot find anything re
the specific dll
