Windows XP Drops Network Connection Frequently

I have a Windows XP computer that drops from our Windows
network frequently, sometimes four times an hour.

Anyone have any clues on this? I have made sure power
settings are good and the network card is fine as well!

It sounds more like an ISP problem. If your internet connection package is an anytime type with a monthly fee, sometimes the ISP will only allow you a certain amount of hours online a month and if you exceed it they keep cutting you off. I suggest you get in contact with them to ask about this.

Gary, we are talking about a network connection
internally, not an internet connection dropping.

No ISP mentioned in my post man!

How about...
Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Hardware >
Device Manager > (network card properties) >
Advanced/settings > "Allow the computer to turn this
device off to save power" - got it unchecked?
cheers,
